This update brings the data included in the package in line with the recent update to tzdata (in SUA 115-1). Changes since 2016j (previously in jessie-updates) include adjustments to the DST rules of Mongolia and Chile. The changes for Mongolia take effect later this month, with those for Chile taking effect in mid-May.
