Bug#319639: can not specify usernames containing space in .ssh/config

Package: openssh-client
Version: 1:4.1p1-6
Severity: normal

I use SSH to connect to a Windows system running the Cygwin package of the
SSH server (which is openssh 3.9p1, I think). Usernames on this system are
derived from the Windows login, so mine is "Daniel Jacobowitz". Using ssh
"Daniel Jacobowitz"@jahdo works fine on the command line. But I can't put
this in .ssh/config; the parser uses strdelim to read the username, which
means it ends after the first whitespace.
