It's very simple, you can just clean /var/lib/cyrus/socket

In this directory you have :
imap-0.lock  imaps-0.lock  lmtpunix-0.lock  notify-0.lock  sieve-0.lock

I purge this directory and restart cyrus21, and that's Ok.
