fplll 5.4.4: soname bump - through experimental before unstable

Hi,

fplll just issued a version 5.4.4, which fixes problems on many
architectures when compared to version 5.4.3 in unstable.

But it means a soname bump and we're near a freeze, so I uploaded it to
experimental and plan to upload it to unstable in a few days.

It shouldn't break anything... but if it does, please complain!
