Hi, In the past two weeks, We went through several large scale bin-NMUs and luckily most of the packages were built successfully on riscv64. Of course, we also have a potential risk point[0] that is due to the -latomic issue in some packages. If it's not a particularly important package, we really don't need to bother a lot of maintainers. The good news is that someone is already working on solving this problem in gcc upstream IIRC. One patch[1] for openjdk-11 has been submitted. It is possible to help improve the performance of java programs on Debian riscv. Many thanks to Boyang[2] who expresses want to help Debian port with donating an Unmatched board. See more background[3]. We look forward to more progress on Debian RISC-V porting.
