Bug#347393: tightvncserver: vncserver script ignores config parameter for passwd file

At least for tightvncserver 1.2.9 and higher $vncPasswdFile has never
been a variable known to the package. Not sure why you expect it.

Since tightvncserver 1.3.10 there is a system wide configuration file
/etc/tightvncserver.conf pertaining to the package. /etc/vnc.conf still
seems to be evalutated to pull in configurations of a predecessor of
tightvncserver.
