[ Reason ]
This release fixes Bug #858253: FTBFS randomly (AssertionError: Lists differ: [b'a', b'a/c'] != [b'a/c'])

[ Impact ]
If the update is not approved, anybody building the package from source will
experience that the package will FTBFS randomly (with high probability) for
no good reason.

[ Tests ]
I can reproduce the random FTBFS failures. The test suite is definitely not appropriate
for the current code. As there is a new upstream release in unstable and the version in
stable will not change, there is no point in keeping the flaky test suite in stable.

[ Risks ]
The program remains the same. Only the test suite is disabled.

[ Checklist ]
[X] *all* changes are documented in the d/changelog
[X] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
[X] attach debdiff against the package in (old)stable
[X] the issue is verified as fixed in unstable

[ Changes ]
The test suite is disabled, as it's extremely flaky.
