I happened to notice that appstream-generator was keeping an old
libphobos2-ldc-shared98 binary package installed on one of my systems.

ldc's runtime library had a transition from libphobos2-ldc-shared98 to
libphobos2-ldc-shared100 back in August, but the single package that
depends on it (appstream-generator) was never rebuilt against the new
libphobos2-ldc-shared98, making it uninstallable in unstable. I'm not
sure why the release team's transition-detection tools didn't spot this
at the time, but please consider:

    nmu appstream-generator_0.8.8-1 . amd64 arm64 i386 . unstable . -m "rebuild with libphobos2-ldc-shared100"

I gave back the failed armel, armhf and s390x builds, of which armhf
already succeeded, armel is in progress, and s390x has never succeeded
so it's probably uninteresting.

I am sure it was, but at that time appstream-generator was not part of
testing and its build dependencies had RC bugs. Most likely rebuilds for
this dependency level were never scheduled due to those issues.

Scheduled
