The upload of xorg-server (2:21.1.3-2) to unstable triggered a transition.

Upgrading an unstable system currently causes the removal of the
nvidia-driver packages and xserver-xorg-video packages.

Ben file:

title = "xorg-server";
is_affected = .depends ~ /\bxorg-(?:input|video)-abi-24\b/ | .depends ~ /\bxorg-(?:input|video)-abi-25\b/;
is_good = .depends ~ /\bxorg-(?:input|video)-abi-25\b/;
is_bad = .depends ~ /\bxorg-(?:input|video)-abi-24\b/;

Removed the xserver-xorg-video and a bunch of
nvidia-graphics-drivers-tesla-* packages plus their reverse
dependencies.
