No, this needs to be fixed in libtss2-esys0 first. In 3.0.0-1, the
soname of libtss2-sys changed from libtss2-sys.so.0 to libtss2-sys.so.1.
This requires the package name to change accordingly. Now that
libtss2-esys0 contains a bunch of shared libraries with sonames that are
no longer in sync, it's probably time to split them off.
