Yes it does.

paul@testavoira ~ $ reverse-depends -r testing doxypy -b
Reverse-Build-Depends
=====================
* python-odf
* scolasync

paul@testavoira ~ $ reverse-depends -r testing python3-odf
Reverse-Depends
===============
* python-odf-tools
* python3-mecavideo
* python3-tablib

It seems that the people pushing for the Python 2 removal from Debian
forgot to consider reverse BUILD dependencies when they mark leaf
packages RC. I have downgraded one of these bugs (#936537) today
already, and I'm doing the same with #942999 now, so that should
(temporarily) get the pressure of your package. But please feel invited
to help the situation of Python 2 removal.

Paul
