The third party service in question has been comparitvely stable
for a while, until the changes they made early this year that
also affects Stretch. The Jessie version was working up until
these changes (as far as I know, I've been using it sporadically
on Jessie). I could point out that it supports services other
than svtplay.se as well.

It is my belief that the users of svtplay-dl in Debian would be
better of with 1.9.1 in Stretch, if that is possible.
