This kind of change is not acceptable during the freeze. The fact that this
change was in unstable for a long time doesn't really matter at this point.

Hello,

I can't help but wonder if you have really understood the situation - I can't just upload a new package to unstable that drops the Python3 packages - this *will* breaks things in unstable (e.g. my python3-tldap package that depends on python3-passlib).

Anyway there is no point for me to fix #752080 if the package doesn't have Python3 support. You are asking me to revert the fix for #751758, which was far more serious IMHO. It just won't satisfy the dependencies of my packages any more.

If this is going to be the attitude that the package can't get into Jessie due to a trivial documentation bug that was ignored by the maintainer, I am going to have to rebuild the Python3 package myself anyway.

I really don't care about #752080 myself; I question if it even is an RC bug.

Thanks anyway.
