You can't dcut once the package is no longer in the upload queue.  At
this point you should either bump the revision and upload a new build,
or get an ftpmaster to remove the previous package that's stuck in
unchecked.  And file a dak bug, it should probably reject the package
instead of repeatedly choking on it every 15 minutes.
