freeze exception for ldm 2:2.0.6-3

please allow ldm 2:2.0.6-3 into lenny.

i requested an exception for these changes previously:

additionally, i added a new team member to Uploaders in debian/control.

it has been in unstable for 8 days with no new problems reported.
