Given that liboctinterp.so is an unversionned library, the package can't
provide an shlib file. This error is thus ignored since dpkg-dev 1.14.12
and the buildd is most likely not up-to-date. 

The alternative way to "fix" this is to add the required LD_LIBRARY_PATH
so that dpkg-shlibdeps finds the private library. It would then also work
with 1.14.11. With any previous version (between 1.14.8 and 1.14.10) it's
bound to fail.
