Bug#940179: kio-extras: Add apt support

Source: kio-extras
Version: 4:18.08.3-1
Severity: wishlist

Hi! Today pabs told me about the apt:// url protocol. After reading
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptURL#Konqueror I created those .protocol
files under /usr/share/kservices5 and Discover was launched when using the
apt://packagename url.

Can we consider adding these files? Maybe even pushing them upstream too.

Cheers, Lisandro.
