Bug#909579: qtbase-opensource-src: Check if we can add Vulkan support without breaking anything else

Source: qtbase-opensource-src
Version: 5.11.1+dfsg-8
Severity: normal

Qt base seems to support Vulkan as EGLFS QPA platform. It would be good to know
if it's possible to add vulkan support without breaking anything else.
