Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

During an upgrade of my testing/stretch system I was forced to remove
kde-l10n-de due to package conflicts.


   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Tried to reinstall kde-l10n-de.


   * What was the outcome of this action?

# LANG=C aptitude -s install kde-l10n-de
