Is there KDE Plasma 5?

The KDE Plasma 5 seems to have been released 3 months ago. However, when 
I search for kde-plasma in Debian packages:
https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=kde-plasma&searchon=names
I found no plasma 5 but got 4 only. The version number 5:84 is not the 
real version, is it?
The package depends on kde-runtime (>= 4:4.11.3). Is 4.11.3 the real 
version number?

I wonder if there is KDE Plasma 5. If there isn't, why?
