Bug#742284: qtcreator: Welcome page missing

Dear Maintainer,
sicne the update to version 3.0, the welcome page is missing from QtCreator.
According to <https://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/38398>, the reason
probably is that QtCreator has been built against Qt4, and the plugin
now requires Qt5.
