Bug#703913: akregator: timestamps for a few feeds are incorrect.

A few of my feeds have the wrong date & time displayed. In
Firefox/Iceweasel the timestamp is correct.
The timestamp displayed for these feeds is always 07.02.2106 08:28. I
have not been able to determine how that timestamp is assigned. I do not
know if this is a problem with the newer versions of kdepim.
