 Thanks. Though, the wording is a bit ... well, "skew" and it doesn't
mention that removal and orphaning will get sent there too like
mentioned in the bug report before.

 I suggest something along these words:

#v+
summary: Regular summary mails about the status of the package.
Currently, these report about the transition into testing, available new
upstream versions as well as informations about package removal or
orphaning.

 Also I noticed that the link at the top "Read the <documentation>" is
b0rked these days, please do a s/\.en// to the URL to fix it.
