I cut the whole update scenario but got the following bit which I
think is important :-

Now thing to note is apart from this it did not show all the
changelogs to me. Have no idea what's the reason for this traceback.
Please lemme know if any more info. is needed. I have kept the subject
pretty abstract because most probably the maintainer will change it to
something that's more relevant to the issue.

This bug is 11.5 years old and the relevant atk-listchanges code has been pretty much completely rewritten since then, so I'm going to close the bug. Please open a new bug if you're still seeing this issue.
