Bug#815045: libmeanwhile1: Changing debian/rules solves the problem

Dear Maintainer,
I've downloaded source package, changed file "debian/rules" as Vasi B. mentioned and rebuild the package. Now I was able to connect to sametime server.
So Vasi's fix would solve this problem.
