Package: cups
Version: 1.4.4-3
Severity: normal

CUPS does not provide paper sizes large enough for the use of certain models of
Epson's large format, notably the series Stylus Pro 7800/7880 and 9800/9880. The
bigger formats available are A2, B2 and 16x24 inches.

Any attempt to print on larger user-defined formats larger than any of the
listed by CUPS printing are error-prone. Printed files can be cropped or
stretched up depending on the driver in use.

The 7x00 series can print up to 61 cm wide (24 inches) and the 9x00 series up
to 112 cm (44 inches).

Epson Stylus Pro 7800/7880 can print up to A1, B1 and 24x32 inches format.

Epson Stylus Pro 9800/9880 can print up to A0, B0 and 44x77 inches format.

Does an update on the PPDs is sufficient to solve this problem? Please, let me
know.
