Bug#840259: lprng-doc: Please change build dependency from jade to openjade

The package lprng-doc build depends on the binary package jade. Jade is
obsolete and will be removed from Debian; its replacement is openjade.
Please replace the build dependency on jade with openjade. No other
changes are needed because the configure scripts look for openjade as
well as jade and use whichever is available.
