/usr/share/cups/doc-root/index.html (or
/usr/share/doc/cups/online-docs/index.html) contains links to documentation,
mostly to files in /usr/share/cups/doc-root/help/. But the link
"Adding Printers and Classes" points to
/usr/share/cups/doc-root/admin, which does not exist.
Likewise index.html has external links to www.cups.org (User Forum,
Find Printer Drivers, Developer Forum) which are no longer valid.
