Bug#435476: base-files: add MIT License as a common license

but even there it would make sense to remove the Copyright holder from
the file in common-licenses. There's a lot of code under BSD License,
which is not from UC. Usually I put another copy of the BSD license into
debian/copyright just because the file in common-licenses contains some
different copyright.
