To what group of cooperating packages does noffle belong?

  Packages MUST NOT use virtual package names (except privately, amongst
  a cooperating group of packages) unless they have been agreed upon and
  appear in this list.

I think this bug should be closed when inetd-superserver is contained in
the virtual package list.
