the kde group takes the simple solution "kde goes into /opt/kde",
and there is no standard about /opt/kde, so they can da what they want.

the questions i whether is have to modify everything, or not. (i hope
moving and keeping symlinks will be enough, i don't want to patch every
Makefile).
