Yes but I've sound the solution, I think: All three packages were changed to remove non-free RFCs; all three now have Source: libFOO-BAR-perl-dfsg Package: libFOO-BAR-perl in their debian/control. I.e. the binary packages still have the same names and still exist in unstable, the source packages were renamed and the old ones removed. (IIRC eloy and I discussed this on irc in autumn and came to this solution after looking at other packages; I guess now I would just change the upstream version number without renaming the source package ...) So it looks like this is more of an artefact of versions.pl than a real problem.
