Assumming that's the the actual Maintainer is declared "MIA", wich would be the best process to follow with the package: do a svn-inject with the newest Upstream Version, or upload the current version and make a new tag with the newest Upstrean Version?. however, I'm not sure about the MIA process either, so I'll keep waiting until somthing happends.
