Bug#908146: libreoffice-dictionaries: Dealing with Breaks/Replaces against ancient dicts in other myspell/hunspell packages.

Well, of couse yesterday I was drunk and messed up the timing.  Of
course for ubuntu we would be looking at 20.04 at this point, well after
the buster release.  But I trust future me to not mess that up :)

Maybe because those are handled more "manually" in control.in :)

I took over both, as myspell-sv-se seems to have several reverse
dependencies still around, maybe you could look at that and file bugs?

so no need anymore, it will be marked as obsolete source and be removed
as cruft.

Alright, I added transitional packages for myspell-sv-se and
hunspell-sv-se, tweaked the versioning of Breaks/Conflicts and uploaded
:)
