At the time I did update from libreoffice 5.3.3-2 (experimental) to libreoffice 5.4.0~beta2-3 (experimental).

My clean attemp was:
	sudo apt purge libreoffice*
	sudo apt autoremove
	sudo apt update
sudo apt install -t experimental libreoffice

After reinstalling, both ure and uno-libs3 were updated to version 5.4.0~beta2-3.

I will try to downgrade later today and report back.
