It definitely does.
For Gtk 3.20 LO needs to be built against 3.20 to not have various UI
problems.
If you would have reported it against libreoffice-gtk3 in the first place
reportbug would have shown it.
Which the LO sid/stretch version is and the jessie-backport one of course
not as it's a backport for jessie thus built against jessie and supposed to
be ran with jessies Gtk3.
