Yeah, LO 4.1.3 already includes ICU 51 as internal copy and
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=8ab4752820331ab80410877836093630198812d8
does not look as if it changes much :)

So I think we should be OK, doing a build anyways.
