Bug#417068: abbreviation "DTD" used in long package description

Hi Rene,

the package description says: 
        (...)
        This package contains the DTD of the OpenOffice.org 1.x(!) XML
        file format.

I think at least in the long package description the phrasing "Document
Type Definitions (DTD)" should be used instead of only the
abbreviation. 

I can only speak for myself, but I did not know what the package
contains until I searched the web for "DTD". ;)
