Bug#966346: libmlpost-ocaml-dev: impossible to install on debian sid due to unavailable dependency

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

The package fails to install under debian sid, due to a dependency on a
virtual package which is not provided by any package:

libmlpost-ocaml-dev : Depends: libbitstring-ocaml-dev-ozc00 which is a
virtual package and is not provided by any available package

As a consequence, it is impossible to install the mlpost package as
well.
