I didn't remember so I asked google. That was suggested by
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=271284 but without the
sleep. I'm not sure to remember why I've added it. I think my sponsor asked
for it to be sure that the timestamp problem would be fixed. Since
/usr/share/doc/autotools-dev/README.Debian.gz suggests the solution
without the sleep, I guess I can safely remove it.
