Bug#433648: bugreport - mldonkey-server - dependency-problem

Package: mldonkey-server
Version: 2.8.7

mldonkey-server requires gzip sometimes when downloading metainformation.
gzip isn't a dependency of mldonkey-server - so - if it's not installed - mldonkey quits while processing gzip-files.
Here's a part of a logfile:

I think gzip should be added as dependency of mldonkey-server. It wasn't part of my default-installation.

The system is debian-etch.
