I support Quentin Lejard <q.lejard@valde.fr>'s request to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have worked with Quentin Lejard on 2019 and 2022 for 2 times and I consider
them as having sufficient technical competence.
Quentin is the vice-secretary of Debian France (I am the president). He
does an excellent job related to this task, as well as goodies management,
get involved in major events where the project has a booth.
I have personally worked with Quentin Lejard <q.lejard@valde.fr>
