Bug#1060451: jamin: build-depends (unnecessarily?) on unmaintained libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev

This package build-depends on libclutter-gtk-1.0-dev, which is dead
upstream (and has been effectively unmaintained for a while).
Looking at codesearch, it looks as though all the calls into
clutter-related APIs are commented-out, so perhaps this dependency is not
actually needed? If it can be removed without affecting functionality,
please do.
Or, if there are uses of it that I'm not seeing,
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/Initiatives/-/issues/31 has some porting
notes for projects that are part of GNOME, which might be useful
inspiration for porting this package.
Thanks,
smcv
