Re: obs-studio_26.0.2+dfsg1-1.1~0exp0simde_source.changes ACCEPTED into experimental

Hello Sebastian,

I did upload that NMU improperly, sorry.

Some background: I'm in the middle of testing a release candidate [0] of libsimde-dev (of which I'm the packager and upstream co-maintainer). So I've been doing re-builds in the experimental distribution of all packages that build-dep on libsimde-dev to make sure there has been no regression on any of the official Debian architectures.

Obviously I don't have local access to all of the official Debian architectures, so this is a bit tricky.

How would you like me to proceed? I would prefer to not have to build obs-studio manually on the porterboxes. Would you be okay if I upload another build to experimental based upon your recent upload?

Again, my apologies for not contacting you and otherwise not following policy.

Hi,

this NMU seems out of place and does not follow the NMU rules. It does
not fix a bug, the maintainer was not informed and in general this seems
to be doable with a local rebuild.

Cheers
