Bug#963865: kodi: circular dependency hell

Dear colleagues,

I checked out the dependency issue and pushed the commit removing "kodi-bin" from dependency lists of kodi-{x11,gbm,wayland} to the team's kodi repository. I believe that kodi-x11's dependency was added by Balint to have minimally launchable configuration if kodi-x11 is installed alone using

apt install kodi-x11

However, this will not work anyway because kodi-data will not be installed and Kodi profile directory will not be populated.

I was also thinking to reorder the build dependency graph as follows:

kodi -> kodi-gbm -> kodi-bin
                               -> kodi-data
         -> or kodi-wayland -> kodi-bin
                               -> kodi-data
         -> or kodi-x11 -> kodi-bin
                               -> kodi-data

but I see no practical benefit encouraging users to install and remove kodi in the way other than:

apt install kodi
apt --purge autoremove kodi
