Dear Maintainer,

In a Debian multimedia server something like hardware acceleration is
absolutely necessary. Fotunately ffmpeg has all ready, but it has to be enabled
at configuration time:
                --enable-cuda-nvcc \
                --enable-hwaccels \
                --enable-nvenc
