Bug#963064: faust ftbfs with LLVM 10

faust ftbfs with LLVM 10, not detecting LLVM 10. Fixed with the attached patch.

However it later shows more build errors with LLVM, so maybe it's better to
explicitly build with a fixed LLVM version?
