Bug#941132: 1.3.3-1: Decode now causes file error on external device

Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading from version 1.3.2-3 to version 1.3.3-1, the files decoded by "flac -d" (.wav) are no longer accepted by my Tascam DR-40.
The only difference I can see is the change of the "Codec ID":
