midisnoop: qt5 and python3 support

Hello,

I have pushed an update of midisnoop to snapshot from November 8th, 2014.
This is the last commit on GitHub. Quite old, bu it adds Qt5 and
Python3 support.

As this is a snapshot, I've disabled pristine tar option. GitHub's zip
repacked as .orig.tar.gz can be found at mentors.debian.net.

Could one please review changes, merge them and upload a package
(since I'm DM, not DD).
