new version of audacity

Hi folks,

Yesterday there is a new version of audacity released (1.3.8).

I tried to package it today, the resulting packages you can find at:

http://apt.klaumikli.de/ 

in the testing-directory.

Changes:

   * removed desktop-file-patch because it's integrated upstream
   * removed curly-brace-before-preprocessor-endif-patch, that doesn't
      work anymore
   * removed make-distclean-patch, that doesn't
     work anymore
   * removed portaudio-patch, that doesn't
      work anymore
   * removed pulseaudio-patch, that doesn't
     work anymore

The binary-package is compiled against libwxgtk2.8-0 (=2.8.10.1-0)
from http://apt.wxwidgets.org; sorry but on the machines here are no
other versions installed ;-) 

The source-packages should compile with the version in testing as well.
